Dessert Dice
A downloadable game
A devilishly delicious dice game for two to four players. Dessert Dice can be played in about thirty minutes and is intended for players who are at least twelve years old.
Overview
To play Dessert Dice, you will first roll all of the dice and assign a secret dessert icon to each player. Then, you will take turns either placing a die onto the board or moving a die on the board by tipping it into an adjacent square.
The game ends when all off the dice have been placed onto the board. You win if you have the biggest cluster of dice on which your dessert icon is displayed.
Components
To play Dessert Dice, you will need a set of twenty-five custom dice. On each face of these dice is one of four possible dessert icons. Included in the downloadable files here is a set of printable stickers that you can use to convert regular dice (or blank wooden cubes) into a set of dice that you can use to play the game. Notice that each copy of the sicker sheet has enough stickers for eight dice. So, you will need to use three copies to create a complete set of dice.
You will also need a game board comprised of a 5x5 grid of squares. Included in the downloadable files here is a simple version of the board that you print on a standard printer and a deluxe three-dimensional version of the board that you can print if you have access to a 3D printer.
Finally, you will need four cards/tiles, each of which represents one of the four dessert icons. Included in the downloadable files here is a set of these cards that you can print and then cut out to create the required components.
All of these files along with a screen-friendly rules document and a print-friendly rulebook are available both individually and in a single zip archive for your convenience.
